When darkness falls, the Rhine Falls are transformed into a fascinating light show. Colours, sparkle and moving water merge into a unique experience that delights visitors from all over the world. The lighting impressively showcases the full power and beauty of Europe's largest waterfall.

The lighting is switched on daily after dusk until 11 p.m. – with one exception: on the day of the full moon and the following day, the Rhine Falls remain unlit so that the natural atmosphere of the moonlight can be fully appreciated. The exact times can be found in the lighting schedule.
